      Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days.
    • Express Shipping: $15
      Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days.

  2. International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: $20
      Estimated delivery time: 6–27 business days.
      Customs processing times in the destination country may cause delays beyond our control.

Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Broken Items in Transit

While we take great care in packaging your orders securely, sometimes damages can occur during transit.
If you receive a damaged or broken item (such as glassware), here’s what you need to do:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the broken item and the packaging as soon as you notice the issue.
  2. Make a Claim with Australia Post:
    • Australia Post offers compensation of up to $100 for damaged goods.
    • Customers are responsible for lodging the claim directly with Australia Post. You can do this by providing them with the proof of damage (photos) and your shipment details.

We recommend lodging the claim as soon as possible to ensure timely resolution.

  • Promotional Offers: Any free or discounted shipping offers will be clearly stated during checkout and in promotional materials.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer than the standard timeframes.
  • Customs and Duties (for international orders): Any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
